Secure operational communication
BlackVoice brings encrypted conversations, device trust and field coordination into one operational communications platform.
Access and installation
BlackVoice access is reviewed by the operator. Request access through the public site; approved users sign in with their account. Installing the progressive web app is optional and does not grant account access or bypass approval.
The browser application and installed PWA use the same service. Device capabilities, browser permissions, network connectivity and approved-device readiness govern the available operations.
Content protection and trust
Protected conversations use client-side encryption. Private, Group and Smart Chat have distinct key, recipient and history rules; their security properties are described per protocol rather than treated as interchangeable.
Account authentication, approved-device identity, recipient authorization, encryption and delivery confirmation are separate checks. A service acknowledgement confirms an operation, not that a recipient has decrypted or read it.
Metadata and infrastructure
Encrypted content and operational metadata are different categories. The service processes account and session information, routing, timing, sizes and delivery state to authenticate users and operate communication.
METATORK protects opaque envelopes and reduces exposed communication context. BLACKTORK addresses traffic characteristics. Neither name represents a promise that all metadata is hidden from the service, the network or a compromised endpoint.
Operational security observations
BlackCortex coordinates rule-based and statistical security observations. MirrorMind, invariant checks and cross-domain correlation support operational assessment, with provenance and uncertainty retained alongside observations.
A score is an assessment derived from available signals, not a probability that a device is compromised. Shared inputs do not become independent evidence simply because multiple components report them. These components are not described as generative AI or a machine-learning service.
